How to Sustain a Healthy Lifestyle?


It’s important to make sure you’re taking care of yourself, but sometimes this can be easier said than done. It’s recommended that you don’t lose more than 2 pounds in a week, as anything more could put too much strain on your body. You should also think about looking at your habits more generally and identifying what is causing you to overeat or turn to the habit you’re trying to kick, whether that’s drinking less alcohol or smoking. Do Things You Like to Do
